Ordering products on our website

To order our products you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our order pages. Details of our prices for products, the ordering procedures for payment and delivery lead times are displayed on our website. All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.

When ordering products from our website you are given the choice to pay by BACS and Pay Pal - the different card types that we accept are Master Card, Euorcard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Delta, Discover and AMEX. All product prices on our website are correct at the date and time of your order. We can alter the price of any product prior to you placing an order however we will endeavor to keep product prices as accurate as possible at all times.

As an alternative you may pay by cheque, crossed postal order or money transfer - (BACS). All cheques and (crossed) postal orders are to be made payable to Thomas Nayler and posted to our workshop postal address. We do accept card payments over the telephone, if you wish to do this please email you billing and delivery address to us prior to calling us to place your order, which will speed up the process.

Online and telephone bank transfers (BACS) are by far the quickest and safest method of payment due to secure online | telephone banking! All payments should be paid into our HSBC bank account by using the details listed below: Please email us to obtain a ref code for your transaction or simply enter your name. Thomas Nayler must receive a payment for the total price of goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Note: A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted.

Thomas Nayler has the right to refuse any orders that you purchase. If your order is accepted we will confirm acceptance to you by way of confirmation to the e-mail address you have supplied to us when placing an order. Your bespoke jewellery will then be dispatched as per details set out in the confirmation email message, or, unless specified within 7 - 14 working days. Orders can take up to 28 days during busy times of year so if you have a deadline you would like us to meet it is advised to contact us prior to placing an order.

You agree to supply us with all your correct details when you purchase any products from our website and that the credit/debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods. We reserve the right to obtain validation and/or verification of the authenticity and ownership of the credit/debit card before you purchase any products from the website. Personalised Jewellery Designs

Please note that personalised graffiti jewellery items are individually designed and handmade therefore will not look exactly the same as the font types featured on our website. The font types are for guidelines purposes only. Every effort is made to ensure that all personalised graffiti orders are made as similar to the chosen font type featured on the website. Once your order has been accepted you will receive some design proofs by email for you to choose from, your order will only be made once you have confirmed by email which design you would like Thomas Nayler to make. Design proofs are always emailed to customers once we have received your order. Finished products may look slightly thicker or thinner than the font types featured and design proofs in order to maintain the quality and durability of the product being made as some fonts have very thin lines.

Our classic script nameplate necklaces are designed with computer fonts but are still handmade and hand polished to perfection to maintain a quality name necklace. Design proofs may not always be automatically emailed to you as we can not alter the appearance of these designs. The size dimensions for Carrie style name necklaces will vary to our unique graffiti fonts, please refer to the size guide charts listed on the relevant product sections. 

All graffiti and script style nametags can be ordered in small, medium, large and extra large sizes, measurements featured below are approximate and are based on an average name consisting of 5 - 6 letters. Sizes for single letters will vary but as a guide for example: a small initial pendant will be 10mm wide.

Large - 6cm (length) x 2.5cm (height)

Extra Large - 7cm (length) x 3cm (height)

Small – ranging from 10mm - 16mm wide - (depending on the proportions of the font type you choose)

Medium –  ranging from 15mm - 21mm wide

Large –  ranging from 20mm - 25mm wide

Extra Large –  ranging from 24mm - 30mm wide

Please note that font sizes will slightly differ depending on the weight of the font type chosen, font proportions, EG: higher more compact fonts will have different size dimensions to shorter more elongated fonts, the number of letters required and the arrangement of the letters! Please refer to the font size guides located within both personalised name necklace sections for examples of size proportions.

Thomas Nayler constantly develops new bespoke jewellery collections to keep pace with current fashion trends. One off jewellery commissions play an important role in Thomas's work. Thomas likes to work closely with his customers to create unique piece of handcrafted jewellery from sterling silver or different colours/carats of gold. Products range from special wedding and engagement rings or gifts to trendy fashion accessories and bespoke personalised pendants / necklaces.

Whether you are a small business or large corporate company wanting to increase your brands awareness or create an identity we are able to produce unique personalised gifts for your promotional and marketing campaigns or events. Gift and promo items are ideal to enhance a brands image and get people talking. Popular promotional products include metal lapel pin badges, enamel pin badges, stainless steel key chains and silver or gold plated cufflinks. All base metal and precious metal promotional gifts can be made to order in large or small quantities. We have a no minimum order policy and welcome fast track orders. * All non - personalised jewellery products on our website can be ordered in small or large batch quantities at wholesale prices. We welcome all trade stockist enquiries.

Our Guarantee

We will deliver all personalised jewellery items within 7 -14 working days of payment unless specified within the order confirmation email sent to you by Thomas Nayler, (deliveries made outside of the UK will take longer) - please refer to our Faq's section for further details on deliveries abroad! Deliveries during busy periods may take longer. Busy periods tend to be from October to January as a guide. If you have a deadline that you would like us to work towards then please email us with your requests and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. It is best to inform us of your deadline prior to placing your order.

Should delivery be delayed by causes beyond our control, we will notify you by email within 2 working days of the occurrence of the delaying cause. Should an item be damaged whilst in transit we will repair the item/s free of charge as long as you notify us within 3 working days by email of receipt of the product/s. We guarantee to repair all faulty item/s within a 7 working day period. All payments for jewellery products can be refunded in full within 7 working days of receipt of the product/s,

Personalised items are excluded from our refund policy due to the nature of the product, unless what has been made does not relate to what you ordered.

For private bespoke jewellery commissions that are not ordered through our website are non - refundable once a design has been approved by yourself, a full payment will be required on placement of your order.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.


We guarantee to repair all faulty item/s within 14 days of purchase, free of charge, providing the item has been reasonably used and not damaged in any way. Please check the goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered damaged you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery. You will be required to post faulty or damaged item/s back to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will repair the item/s free of charge and post the item/s back to you at our expense. If you do not inform us within 3 working days we shall have no liability for goods that are said damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you require your jewellery to be repaired after our 14 day free repair guarantee a repair fee will apply, this contributes to labour and postage expenses, prices start from £20.00 plus vat.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

We operate a 7-day no quibble money back guarantee on most of our products. If you require a refund, you must notify us by email first within 7 working days of receipt of the product and it must be returned to Thomas Nayler by Royal Mail Special Delivery in its original condition and packaging: * Please email us prior to returning your goods.

Once the returned item/s have been received, if you require a full refund we will refund the amount in full by the same payment you used for placing your order, minus £8 for original postage costs. If you paid by credit card a 4% credit card processing fee will have to be deducted from the refunded amount as we are charged by the card companies both to process and refund a card transaction! These costs will only be applied if we are not at fault. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 working days to show on your bank card's bill.

Refunds can only be issued if:

*The product/s delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description.

*The product/s provided are not of satisfactory quality or are faulty.

You will be required to pay for the cost of returning goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We regret that all personalised jewellery and handcrafted commissioned jewellery items are excluded from our refund guarantee due to the nature of the product.

All orders including personalised items can be cancelled. To cancel an existing order you must notify us by email within 2 working days from the date which you placed your order!


Thomas Nayler operates a complaints handling procedure, which is used to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you wish to issue a complaint, please contact Thomas Nayler by email: sales@thomasnayler.com

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Our website is maintained within the United Kingdom. We make every effort to make sure the website is accessible, however we cannot guarantee it will be all the time. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website including your access to it.
